NOLA Pole New Student Guide
Take a Class
We have two studios - one on Canal St. in New Orleans and one in Metarie. We offers classes for every level of student at each location.
You can sign up using the links below! Before you sign up for a class, make sure to purchase one of our new student packages to get a discount on your first classes with us.

Book a Party
We offer private parties for bachelorette parties, birthday parties, and more! Your group can learn pole, line dancing, Buti Yoga, or aerial yoga!
Learn more about our parties using the links below.
Then, text us at text at 504-507-0474 to book! Please note texting is the only way to book a party.

Late Policy
We recommend arriving at the studio about 5-10 minutes before the start of class. For liability reasons, all students must be properly warmed up for class. If students are more than 10 minutes late to class, they may not participate in the class. This is for safety reasons and per our insurance company's request. No exceptions.
Refunds& Transfers
Class cards and other purchases are non-refundable. This no-refund policy includes trial classes, aerial and pole dancing classes, class packs, workshops, party deposits, and event tickets. Unused class cards and credits may be donated or transferred to a different student account if need be. Most class credits are good for 2 years. Please be aware of your class pack's expiration and try to book your classes before that date.
Party Deposits are non-refundable. We do allow parties to reschedule free of charge 30 days or more before the event. Or reschedule within 30 days for a fee of $50.
Late Cancels & No Shows
Space is very limited in our classes so it is very important for students to cancel FOUR HOURS or more before the start of class. Any cancellations within the four-hour window will result in the loss of the class credit. Any "no shows" will also result in the loss of credits.
Alcoholic Beverages
Please take care not to consume any alcohol before any physical activities at the studio. Pole dancing classes and aerial classes can be dangerous and drinking before class can greatly increase this risk. Any students that arrive intoxicated will not be allowed to participate in class and will not be refunded the credit.
Attire
Students should wear clothing that is comfortable for them and that they are able to move freely in. We do recommend shorts or bikini bottoms for pole classes (skin on the legs exposed) and leggings for aerial classes (skin on legs protected). No lotions or creams on your skin.
Studio Behavior
We pride ourselves in being a very inclusive and safe space for folks of all kinds! Therefore we do not tolerate bullying or discrimination of any kind.
Age Limit
We do allow students under the age of 18 to participate. We just request that they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the first class so a waiver can be signed on their behalf.
Pictures and Videos
We do allow students to film and take pictures of themselves during their aerial or pole dancing class. Please be mindful of those around you and try not to film anyone in the background without their consent. If you are worried about being filmed (even by accident) please let an instructor know so that we can switch you to a spot where you won't be seen by any cameras.
